Also - if anyone is interested in creating a catchy favicon.ico for the forum, I am very interested in seeing it! The one we have right now is not my favorite!

Hi I'm maxis49 and I just signed up. I could look around and get some ideas for making the site better.. Just depends on what you are looking for, uhh maybe a serious discussion type forum or maybe somewhere people can have some fun AND have serious discussions.

Right now I'm trying to fix the postbit_width issue. Long story short, when you post a wide image in the forum, it makes all the other posts in the thread take the same width as the widest post. So if you have an article on a page followed by a panoramic view, the article will transform into a panoramic article!

QCP should cover all news in around Charlotte and be easy to find the suject you want to read.

I think you want to be different from UP, SkyscaperCity, and etc. and give a easy read of what is happing in Charlotte for everyone. Some people may want to read other things besides building projects.

If I want to read about South Park , I do not want to go though pages of a thread to find it.

I do not like to go to read about Charlotte Douglas Airport Construction and read anout USAiR -problems.

You could also put a thread in about elections and politics

That looks like a rather comprehensive list of forums, thanks! I'll look through them later today and get started on a few of them. You're right - I do not want to be another UP/SSC/SSP.

I think you are looking at Community Interest that is a broad base forum. I hope this will be a big hit here in Charlotte.

Alright - I've created some new forums to hopefully spur discussion about some of these topics. As discussion grows I have no problem creating more forums as they are warranted, I just want to make the information easy to find now. We have only a few threads and many forums, so information and topics are easy to find now.
